FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical instrumentation and, in particular, to complexes designed to determine the thermal stability of various substances. Device consists of a casing, inside which, with an air gap, a second cylindrical casing filled with heat-insulating material is placed, in which temperature-controlled thermostat housing is coaxially placed, which is a thick-walled hollow metal cylinder with evenly distributed over its end and equidistant from its cylindrical surfaces by deaf cylindrical chambers for placement of sealed reaction beakers, each of which is equipped with a flame arrester, a pneumatic fuse and a pneumatic pipe connecting the internal volume of the reaction beaker with a precision temperature-controlled converter of absolute pressure-electrical signal type, the output of which is connected to the system for displaying and recording the magnitude of the absolute pressure. In each pneumatic duct, a tap-off tap can be provided, which is necessary for connecting a vacuum system or filling with an inert gas. Thermostat housing is thermostatically controlled by two temperature regulators, the first of which is distributed over the outer cylindrical surface of the thermostat housing, and the heater of the second is distributed along an outer cylindrical surface placed coaxially inside the thermostat housing of the hollow metal cylinder provided with a disk disposed at its end located between the upper end of the thermostat housing and the cylindrical casing of the thermostat, the temperature sensors of the regulators are located in the housing of the thermostat housing and a hollow cylinder with a disk. Each of the absolute pressure – electrical signal type converters can be temperature-controlled.
EFFECT: expanded operating temperature range and increased accuracy of measurements as well as reduced analysis time and reduced time to enter the regime.
