SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a controlled locking valve. Wellhead equipment contains a column head with several casing string suspended on it with the formation of an inter-column space between them with valves to cover the inter-column space and the X-mas tree with the root and buffer locking devices, and the outer casing is connected to the casing of the column head by means of a threaded connection, the intermediate casing and the inner casing, each by its standard wedge suspension, is suspended on its spout, wherein the intermediate casing pipe is provided at an upper end with a collar resting on a protrusion in the casing of the column head, the casing of the inner casing is supported by the collar formed in its upper part on the collar of the intermediate casing pipe through a ring located in the annular space communicating with the middle lateral branch of the column head, the space between each nozzle and the casing suspended therein at the interface thereof is sealed by means of a seal, on the inner casing above the wedge hanger, a removable oil well tubing (OWT) of the column strap assembly is mounted on which the whole stem part of the X-mas tree is mounted, including a root locking device provided with a ball valve, and a crosspiece with a central channel and side branches, the central channel of the crosspiece being connected to a buffer locking device provided with a ball valve, and its lateral outlets are communicated through the annular space formed by the nozzles, with a side outlet of the X-mas tree, mounted in a flange placed on the column head, and the entire stem part of the X-mas tree is placed in a pipe, hermetically sealed by its upper end with a flange mounted on the column head, and the lower part is hermetically supported through a conical adapter to a removable OWT of strap assembly, stem ball locking device is communicated with the crosspiece, the inter-hollow spaces of the well casing are communicated with the side branches made in the column head, in the flange, an additional lateral branch is provided, communicating with the annular space formed by a branch pipe resting on a removable OWT of strap assembly, and a branch pipe on which the inner casing is suspended, and flanges and lateral branches of the column head are fitted with valves and chokes, the buffer ball locking device being located in the column head, and a stem ball locking device, a removable OWT of strap assembly and coaxially mounted under each other, the wedge suspensions are serially arranged in the wellbore beneath the casing of the column head.
EFFECT: it is possible to reduce the height and metal capacity of the wellhead mouthpiece, while at the same time providing the possibility of replacing the stem part of the Christmas tree without damping the well.
