SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power plants. Wind power conversion module includes a housing 9 configured to move along guide web 1, mounted to housing 9 at least one wind energy receiver 10, the orientation drive of wind power receiver 10 relative to the wind and housing 9 and the control system, as well as an electric power generating device 6 configured to generate electricity when body 1 moves along guide web 1 and when force interacts with contact guide 3 associated with guide web 1. Control system is configured to change the speed of the modules by changing the braking force of power generating device 6.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the wind energy utilization factor by regulating the speed of the modules.
