SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is an aqueous germicidal composition, having pH from 1 to 5, containing from 0.05 to 5 % by weight of formic acid, 0.05 to 5 % by weight of lactic acid, 0 to 5 % by weight of one or more non-ionic surfactants, wherein the non-ionic surfactant is an alcohol ethoxylate, and 0.1 to 5 % by weight of one or more anionic surfactants, wherein the anionic surfactant is an α-olefin sulphonate and sodium lauryl sulphate, which is present in an amount of 0 to 0.3 % by weight; a germicidal concentrate composition, upon dilution of one part by weight of which with 1 to 100 parts by weight of water, an aqueous solution composition is obtained. Method for treating or preventing infectious hoof diseases, comprising topical application of a therapeutically effective amount of a composition according to the present invention.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain compositions that exhibit improved stability even in the presence of weak organic contaminants and at a low temperature.
