SUBSTANCE: perforated element has at least one template with a separating region comprising at least one spacer that forms a series of segments. Method further includes drawing air through the perforated member and depositing the fibrous material on the perforated member to form the absorbent web. Absorbent web has a region with jumpers with a reduced base weight value corresponding to the dividing region of the template. Bridged region has vertical separation zones separating the web segments and a fibrous material that forms at least a partial web through the vertical separation zones.
EFFECT: there is provided a method for manufacturing an absorbent web that includes moving the perforated element in the machine direction.
