SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Technical result, that consists in increasing the battery life, is achieved due to the fact that, when the start time of the external charging time is set in the external charging timer when the charging plug is connected to the charging connector, charging controller is able to set the external charging standby mode to the time when the external charging starts and to enter a pause state. Charging controller is periodically activated during the period of setting the timer charge from the time of starting the pause period where the pause state is made, up to the moment when the external charge starts, and when the battery temperature during the activation of the charging controller is equal or lower, than a predetermined temperature, performs the temperature increase mode where the heater is controlled to increase the temperature of the main battery.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the battery life.
