SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated payment for services, mainly transport services, realized with the help of computer networks. System contains: a central management complex, which includes a number of personal offices, designed to interact with service users; set of detected objects, each of which contains an identifier for communicating with a corresponding personal cabinet that is configured to make each user a service and store an identifier of each detected object and an available balance value for payment for services; plurality of detectors configured to detect detectable objects, read corresponding identifiers, and permit or prohibit provision of services. Each detector is configured to communicate directly with a central complex comprising an accounting cabinet of at least one service provider configured to generate lists of identifiers, which are available and prohibited services, and with the possibility of their transfer to each detector.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the speed with which services are provided.
