FIELD: measuring equipment; means of ensuring security.

SUBSTANCE: system is equipped with an early detection unit consisting of a gas checking device, gas detectors for ammonia, for quick and a reliable estimate of the increasing dangerous concentration of ammonia using a differential approach for measuring the controlled concentration per unit time (5–6 ppm), as well as the block of automatic orientation of video cameras to transmit a signal to the operator's console and control the orientation of video cameras, to assess the situation in real time and send a signal to the controller of the civil defense and emergency situations, using previously defined channels for further calling emergency services.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring early detection of a dangerous concentration of ammonia at an early stage of its occurrence, maximum safety of personnel and ensuring the adoption of effective measures at liquidation of an emergency situation at the expense of operative reflection of the control of fire-dangerous parameters and quality of liquidation of an emergency situation in a mode of real time.
