SUBSTANCE: software and hardware complex of technical means of fire automatics and security signalling for mobile vehicles. Software and hardware complex (HSC) of technical means of fire automation and security alarm for mobile vehicles, containing sensors that monitor fire hazard parameters of the protected environment, security sensors, fire extinguishing means, fire alarm and control panel containing at least one central control and indication unit with a display and at least one intermediate central control and control unit, which is connected to at least one local control unit. Hardware and software system comprises at least one interface switch connected to the central monitoring and display unit and the intermediate central monitoring and control unit via digital communication lines using an Ethernet interface, and to the vehicle control system. Intermediate central control and control units and local control units arranged inside the vehicle are connected via communication lines using a CAN interface with additional redundancy in the ring topology.

EFFECT: invention is intended for automatic detection of signs of fire, informing on place of occurrence and control of fire extinguishing, as well as detection of unauthorized entry to a protected facility and relates to automatic systems of fire automation and security alarm in any vehicles, mainly in rolling stock of automobile or rail transport: in railway trains, in subway rolling stock, monorail vehicles, etc.
