SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a venting device with a heat storage unit for simultaneous provision of air inflow and exhaust. Ventilation device comprising an enclosure located in an interior or wall of a building, comprising an air supply device for supplying air to the indoor room and an air supply device for exhaust air exhausted from the interior, a heat storage unit for transferring heat from the exhaust air stream to the supply air flow, and a shut-off device for controlling the passage of air currents, wherein the air supply device consists of a fan for the supply air flow and a fan for the exhaust air flow, the heat storage unit comprises two heat accumulators, and the heat accumulators in the indoor room in the operational mode are designed to provide simultaneous supply of fresh air and exhaust air from the room continuously throughout the surface area in the zone of the inlet and outlet openings and are capable of passing the flow of supply and exhaust air, while the fans for continuous operation are installed in the air supply direction, before the heat accumulators at the respective inlet and outlet openings of the supply and exhaust air streams, shut-off devices are opened to allow air flows to and fro to meet each other, the heat accumulators are located on the suction side.
EFFECT: process allows to provide high ventilation capacity with a good level of sound insulation, low level of own noise and a high degree of heat recovery.
