FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology and rehabilitation, and can be used in the rehabilitation of patients with impaired motor function. For this purpose, patients are tested to identify reactions to musical fragments of different tonality and rhythmicity. Create a video image of exemplary movements, to which the patient should strive. On the basis of these movements, a three-dimensional computer model of model movements is created, followed by a demonstration to the patient before commencing movements and during execution. At the same time, the parameters of movement of the monitored points of the body of the patient are recorded using a registration system and create a three-dimensional computer model of the patient's movements, comparing it with a three-dimensional computer model of model movements. Coincidence or incongruity of movements is accompanied by musical fragments, previously selected taking into account the revealed reaction of the patient to musical fragments.
EFFECT: method provides effective rehabilitation of patients with impaired motor function due to the use of audiovisual biological feedback with the possibility of forming musical accompaniments by their own movements.
