SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the disperse materials drying technique in fluidized bed and can be used in dye-making and dye-using industries, in food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Unit for drying solutions in the fluidized bed of inert bodies contains a chamber with a gas distribution grid on which a layer of inert bodies is placed, a gas supply duct for supplying the main part of the fresh coolant, and injectors. Each of the nozzles comprises a hollow cylindrical body, in the upper part of which an external thread is made for connection to the connection of a distribution pipeline for supplying liquid. In the lower part of the case an outer thread is made for connection to vortex flow splitter. In the body there is an inner cylindrical chamber which serves for supplying a liquid in which a hollow conical swirler is arranged coaxially with a clearance with respect to the inner side surface of the chamber, made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through thread, the vertex of the conical surface of the hollow conical swirl is fixed to the end surface of the rod. Vortex flow dissector is fixed to the body by means of a casing having an internal thread and made in the form of a ring to which two diametrically located vertical plates are attached, connected in the lower part by a horizontally arranged rod, in the middle of which there is a second swirler, made in the form of a disk with screw blades.

EFFECT: reduced pickup of the dried material on inert bodies.
