FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: connection method of pipes to inner and outer coating consists in preliminary shop preparation of an inner surface and formation of a butt weld zone, with further application onto the inner surface of the tube of an insulating layer. Preliminary cleaning of both surfaces (outer and inner) is performed by forming a butt weld zone. An external radiator is installed on the external zone of the butt weld and an outer surface of the weld is formed, and supports of the centraliser-radiator are installed on the internal zone of the butt weld. In an upper arch of a non-rotational pipe joint there located is lining material in the form of a bronze ring, and an inner surface of the weld is formed. After the welding is completed, the butt weld zone is cleaned. Then, heat-shrinkage insulating material is applied onto the external zone of the butt weld, and a chamber with inductive heating is installed on the outer surface of the weld zone, and a device for application of inner coating on the inner surface of the butt weld zone is introduced, thus creating a tight chamber, in which an applied material is polymerised. After that, onto the inner surface of the butt weld zone there applied is polymer coating by means of the device for application of inner coating. Dielectric continuity and thickness of the coating is checked by means of preliminary soaking of the inner polymer coating with a current-carrying liquid. A pipe connection device is described.

EFFECT: improving efficiency of protection of pipeline joints against corrosion.
