FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fiber-optic communication lines and is intended for the transmission of information flows. Fiber-optic communication line contains fiber-optic microcables placed in the pipe of the underground cable duct, in turn placed in microtubes, microcables with microtubes are grouped into one or more bags, microtubes are made of high-density polyethylene with the use of an additional means of reducing sliding friction, longitudinal slots on the inner surface of the microtubes with the formation of longitudinal protrusions are applied as an additional means of reducing sliding friction, and the depth of the longitudinal grooves is made of the condition h=(0.05…0.2)δw, where h – depth of longitudinal grooves, δw – thickness of the wall of the microtubule, the longitudinal grooves being triangular in cross-section.
EFFECT: reduction of friction between the microcable and the microtubule and the walls of the underground cable duct.
