SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a spiral compressor of variable capacity. Compressor includes fixed spiral 60. Spiral 60 includes flow bypass 200 which is designed with possibility to connect suction unit 40 to compression unit 41, cylindrical space 240 provided in path 200 and two-position valve 250 for moving backwards and forward in space 240 for opening/closing path 200 according to the difference between the outlet pressure of outlet unit 42 and the suction pressure of unit 40. Spiral 60 comprises a plate-like unit having a protruding unit on its upper surface.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing the ability to change the performance of compressed refrigerant.
