FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to emergency single-action thermo valves with a breakable insert, and can be used in metallurgy, oil, gas and nuclear industries, especially in nuclear power plants. One-time emergency thermal valve includes a housing in which a through passage is provided for supplying coolant through its inlet opening in the direction of its outlet opening and a fuse that is located in the through passage of the housing. Fuse consists of two parts, completely overlapping the section of the through channel, which are made of materials with different melting points and are located in the through channel in series with increasing melting temperature of each subsequent part in the direction from the inlet of the through channel to its outlet opening.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of the emergency thermal valve.
