SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the energy consumption reduction method using the thermal communication during the distillation process. Distillation plant comprises the first distillation tower, having the upper section and the lower section, wherein the upper section is the pre-fractionation section; the second distillation tower having the upper section and the lower section, wherein the lower section is the second distillation tower main section; head product first receiving tank in the fluid communication with the first distillation tower pre-fractionation section, and the second distillation tower upper section; partial condenser in fluid communication with the first distillation tower pre-fractionation section, and the head product first receiving tank; side reboiler in fluid communication with the first distillation tower pre-fractionation section; vapor side fraction supply line in fluid communication with the first distillation tower pre-fractionation section and the second distillation tower main section and reboiler; liquid supply line from the lower part in fluid communication with the second distillation tower main section, and the first distillation tower pre-fractionation section.
EFFECT: technical result: the vapor-liquid flows uniform distribution between the first and second distillation towers.
