FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves erythrocyte recovery from blood and aggregation recording, wherein an aggregation inducer is represented by ferric chloride with erythrocytes being placed in an aggregometer cell with ferric chloride added to the final concentration of 200-400 mcM, and a photometric method is used to record the degree of aggregation. The method involves application of a new aggregating agent at a specified concentration that changes the shape of the erythrocytes from discocytes to stomatocytes and stimulates the expressed aggregation of human erythrocytes.
EFFECT: improved assessment accuracy.
