SUBSTANCE: method is characterized by that erythrocytes are recovered from blood, placed in a cuvette for studying cell aggregation, aggregation inducer is added, after achieving maximum aggregation degree, mixing of erythrocyte aggregates is stopped, sedimentation of their aggregates is recorded and maximum amplitude of erythrocyte aggregation and sedimentation rate of erythrocyte aggregates are recorded, with the help of which judgment is made on aggregation capacity and size changes of erythrocyte aggregates.
EFFECT: invention relates to laboratory methods of investigation, and discloses a method for simultaneous assessment of aggregation capacity of erythrocytes and dimensions of their aggregates.
