FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: sucker-rod pumping unit for oil production from wells with presence of sump in conditions of high gas factor includes tubing string, sucker rod string, sucker-rod pump consisting of cylinder with suction valve, plunger with pressure valve. Cylinder is equipped with a plugged hollow cylindrical casing fixed in the upper part with the cylinder. In the upper part of the casing there are two gas bypass valves. Sucker-rod pump intake is equipped with an internal pipe with an open lower part. Open lower part of the pipe is located at a distance of not less than 3 m below the bottom of the perforated formation. Casing is made with filtration holes covered with a cup-shaped half-jacket with its open part facing the well bottom, and below the cup-shaped half-casing the casing is equipped with centralisers. Filtration holes are located at a distance of not less than 1.5 m below the bottom of the perforated formation. Upper and lower conical metal grids are installed below the level of filtration holes on the inner pipe; at that, the upper grid with cell of 2 mm, and the lower one – with cell of 1 mm. Each gas bypass valve is connected to a polymer capillary tube fixed on the tubing string by means of metal cable bands. Length of the polymer capillary tubes is selected so that the top of tubes is 200 m above the dynamic level during operation of the apparatus.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of gas separation and reliability of sucker-rod pumping unit for oil production.
