FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: device intended for use when extracting oil using sucker rod pumping units from high-yield wells, the operation of which is complicated by a high gas factor. A sucker rod pumping unit for high-yield wells under conditions of high gas factor consists of a rod pump, a string of sucker rods, a string of tubing, a packer located above the productive formation, a bypass valve with forced gas pumping, and the rod pump is driven through a string of sucker rods, comprises a cylinder, a plunger, suction and discharge valves. The cylinder of the sucker rod pump is equipped with a hollow cylindrical casing securely fixed in the upper part with the cylinder, and the upper part of the casing has at least two outlet openings covered by a cup-shaped bell, the open part facing the wellhead, the lower part of the casing is connected to the under-packer space through a docking unit; on the side surface of the casing there is a side channel connecting the intake of the pump with the above-packer space through a pipe plugged from below, whereas the upper and lower bypass valves with forced gas pumping are secured to this tubing, the upper bypass valve is installed between the first and second tubing from the wellhead, the lower bypass valve is installed 500 m above the dynamic level.
EFFECT: increased operating efficiency of a sucker rod pumping unit due to maximum gas separation at high gas factor values, maintaining optimal filling and supply of the rod pump, as well as expanding the process capabilities of operating wells with a production string diameter of less than 168 mm.
