FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a multilayer protective coating of blades of turbomachines made of titanium alloys. Method includes vacuum-plasma deposition of chromium, aluminum and yttrium alloying elements on the blade surface and heat treatment. Alloying elements are applied by the first layer in the alloys of the aluminum-silicon system by the condensation method, and by the second layer in the alloys of the aluminum-chromium-yttrium-nickel system. Thermal treatment is carried out sequentially after obtaining each layer at a temperature of no higher than 850 °C. Application of the first layer of the protective coating is carried out with a composition containing, wt. %: silicon 0.1–1.65; and aluminum is the rest to 100 %, and the application of the second protective coating layer is carried out with a composition containing, wt. %: aluminium 5–12, chromium 20–25, yttrium 0.01–3.0, nickel – rest up to 100 %.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the durability and life of the blades of turbomachines made of heat-resistant titanium alloys, while improving the erosion resistance and resistance to high-temperature oxidation.
