FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to bladder endoprosthesis. Endoprosthesis of an orthotopic artificial bladder contains a base and a resorbable cap. Base has a multilayer silicone membrane having an outer surface and an inner surface, each of which has a coating of pyrolytic turbostratic carbon. Absorbent cover has a PGA fibrous web. Base and the cap are connected together along the respective edges to form a closed space. Base can be connected with the patient's urethra and ureters. Base has a substantially triangular shape.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to avoid adherence of the fibrous capsule to the prosthesis and internal corrosion of the prosthesis, and also provides a more natural functioning of the prosthesis, and therefore prevents possible damage and/or infection of the kidneys.
