FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be useful for functional sparing capsule prostate vesicle cystectomy with orthotopic ileocystoplasty in the surgical treatment of bladder cancer. Two-sided pelvic lymphodissection, monoblock removal of the bladder with a tumor and prostate tissue is performed. Ileoneocyst is orthotopically cross-linked with the capsule of the prostate with the formation of an anastomosis with the urethra proximal to 3–4 cm.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction.
