FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to devices measuring and compensating for capacitive currents of single-phase contact to ground in power networks with insulated neutral with voltage of 6-35 kV. It can be used for precise measurement of capacitance of phases of network to ground for subsequent resonance adjustment of arc-extinction reactors. Proposed device measuring capacitance of network with formation of artificial potential of noncommercial frequency on neutral utilizes periodic discharge to signal winding of pre-charged capacitor in the capacity of source of noncommercial frequency. In this case signal directly proportional to capacitance of phases of power network with insulated neutral is generated at moment of discharge across output of winding of voltage transformer connected in open delta connection with the aid of two differentiating links, amplitude detector and divider connected in series. Moment of each discharge of capacitor is matched with transfer of natural voltage of network neutral through zero with the help of synchronization unit. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of capacitance of network, widened functional capabilities of device and reduced consumption of energy in supply circuits. 1 dwg
