SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless access system supporting unlicensed bandwidth. To this end, method for TxOP configuring in wireless access system supporting unlicensed bandwidth, according to one version of the present invention may include: performing carrier detection phase for checking whether a secondary cell (SCell) is formed in unlicensed bandwidth, in free state; transmitting reservation signal for predetermined amount of time, if SCell is in free state; and configuring TxOP in SCell. At this point in time, the start point of the first subframe (SF), included in TxOP, can be brought into correspondence with the boundary of subframe, slot or symbol of the primary cell (PCell) formed in licensed bandwidth.
EFFECT: technical result consists in configuring transmission capability period (TxOP) and device for supporting it.
