SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and concerns the creation of means for carrying out transportation, installation, removal of goods under water, as well as for inspection, maintenance, and repair of underwater structures. Multipurpose submarine is proposed for transportation, installation, removal of cargo under water, which includes a body of two parallel located light housings with inside strong corps, connected with each other by transverse rigid connections with the formation of an open zone for the placement of the transported cargo, in a sturdy housing there is an engine room with an energy installation, rooms with auxiliary systems and mechanisms, living quarters and a control center, as well as having a ballast system, lifting equipment, a cargo fixing system, a system for monitoring the position of goods in the area for the placement of cargo, thrusters located in the bow and stern, remote-controlled underwater vehicles. Proposed boat design allows loading of transported goods from above and below, as well as horizontal loading.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the functionality and improving the operational characteristics of the submarine.
