Claimed method includes as follows: receiving, by means of the final receiver in the first period of time, the first symbol sequence, which is sent by the final transmitter; determining the first set of modulation parameters according to the first symbol sequence, wherein the first set of modulation parameters is a set of modulation parameters, which is used, when the final transmitter performs modulation processing in order to generate the first symbol sequence, and the modulation parameter set includes at least one of the following: the set of constellation points and the encoding table; and determining, according to the predetermined first display relationship information, the first transmission state corresponding to the first set of modulation parameters, as the transmission state of the final transmitter in the second time period, where the first display relationship information is used to in order to indicate the one-to-one display relationship between the N transmission states and the N modulation parameter sets, the first set of modulation parameters belongs to the N sets of modulation parameters, and the second time period is later than the first time period.

EFFECT: technical result is the simplification of the interaction between the final transmitting device and the final receiving device.
