FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multi-link piston-crank mechanism for an internal combustion engine. Lower link (13) is formed such that the outsides of end sections of crankpin through-hole (21) are stiffer than a middle section of said crankpin through-hole (21), so that the bifurcation section of the bifurcated shape thereof. End sections of crankpin through-hole (21) are formed such that with no load input on lower link (13), inside surfaces (22a) of both end sections are curved with a predetermined radius of curvature in the axial direction of a crankshaft. Furthermore, the middle section of crankpin through-hole (21) is formed such that with no load input on lower link (13), inside surface (22b) of said middle section is located inwards of inside surfaces (22a) of both end sections and is straight in the axial direction of the crankshaft.
EFFECT: technical result is the reduction of wear.
