FIELD: manufacturing technology; electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrically conductive fastener for an aircraft type installation and is directed to increase the conductivity of connection. Fastener comprises an enlarged head and a rod having outer diameter (D1) is greater than the internal diameter (D3) of the aperture, the said rod comprising a conductive surface. In the fastener, at least the conductive surface is coated with a lubricating layer, its composition comprises a mixture of at least one polyolefin and one polytetrafluoroethylene, wherein the said composition is selected in such a way that it provides adhesion sufficient to prevent abrasion of the said layer by manual manipulation of the fastener, and sufficiently weak, at least for partial displacement of the said layer from the conductive surface during installation of the fastener with a tension. Lubricating layer comprises at least 80 % by weight polyolefin and polytetrafluoroethylene.
EFFECT: metal fastener, is intended to be assembled with an interference of at least two structural members comprising a through hole.
