FIELD: hydro acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: hydroacoustic system is intended for determination of state and parameters of separate fish and fish accumulations in the whole volume of fish farm cages. Hydroacoustic system comprises pontoon located in central part sack on water surface. On pontoon active echo sounder is installed, comprising control unit connected to receiving path, primary processing unit, scanning unit, orientation sensors unit and generator path, output of which is connected to signal input of receiving path and acoustic antenna, which is in acoustic contact with water medium of cage and mechanically connected to scanning unit and unit of orientation sensors. Output of receiving channel through serially connected primary processing unit and bidirectional communication unit is connected to internal communication unit located in external unit and connected to storage unit of results of location, unit for echo signals selection from cage, unit for construction and storage of cage acoustic image, a secondary processing unit, an information characteristic storage unit, an indication unit and an input / output unit which are also located in the external unit.

EFFECT: enlarging operational capabilities of the complex by locating the entire water volume of the cage in a long-term automatic mode.
