FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely to vitaminized beverages with increased nutritional value, intended for nutrition of people leading an active lifestyle, and students. Said beverage includes one portion of the finished product: 100–150 g of apple juice, 8 g of protein of animal origin, 4 g of sugar, 30 g of frozen dehydrated berries and 0.05 g of ascorbic acid.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a functional drink in the form of a vitaminized cocktail with increased biological and nutritional value, as well as to increase efficiency and to activate the recovery process after physical exercises.
