FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vascular surgery and can be used to reduce the time of tissue ischemia in the area of a transected vessel. In the method, the tool set includes 10 tubes of medical silicone and a metal hollow half-cylinder with a through hole in the middle. In the lumen of the proximal and distal ends of the transected vessel, a section of the silicone tube is inserted with a suture-holder attached to it. Then, a circular continuous vascular suture is applied, leaving the unfinished area in the form of one provisional stich to pull the above tube transformed into the silicone link through such stich and the through hole. In case of significant diastase of the central and peripheral ends of the transected vessel, an auto-vein is used with a previously inserted length of a tube from medical-grade silicone.
EFFECT: ensuring tightness and patency in the area of a transected vessel.
