SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the zinc-containing materials processing device, in particular, iron and zinc containing metallurgical furnaces pulverized waste, both in the metallic state and in the form of oxides. Plant, containing the metal casing, in which the evaporating and oxidizing cyclone chambers, slag outlet with the tap hole for the slag removal from the evaporation chamber and the charging device are located, in accordance with the invention, it is provided with the induction furnace located without a gap under the slag outlet tap, so as to be able to continuously maintain the emerging from the slag outlet material in the molten state, at that, the induction furnace height to its diameter ratio H/D=0.1–0.5, bore generatrix length to the diameter ratio l/d=0.1–0.5, and the induction furnace internal diameter to the tap diameter ratio d/D=0.1–0.5, tap hole, through which the liquid slags from the cyclone evaporating chamber removal is performed, is simultaneously the induction melting chamber charging port, which is connected to the cyclone evaporating chamber bottom part without a gap.

EFFECT: enabling possibility to separate the waste with the pig iron and commercial zinc oxide produce, the slag removal system smooth operation and its maintenance facilitation.
