FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, namely, to the technologies of three-dimensional printing of articles. It can be used to manufacture products of complex geometric shapes from powder ceramic materials. Article is formed by successively applying layers of a powdery material to each other with a binder and heat treating the formed article. Bicomponent binder is used, one component of which is an epoxy resin that is introduced into the powder material in an amount of 12.5–20 % by weight of the pulverulent material. Another component is a hardener solution applied along a predetermined path to each layer of a pre-compacted powder material at a layer temperature of 70–80 °C.
EFFECT: method ensures the production of high-strength products from ceramic materials with isotropic properties.
