SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of packaging paper sheets. Device for packing paper sheets comprises a compressing member. Element compresses the packaged object with a plurality of paper sheets to move the object to be packaged in the laying direction. Feeder supplies the packaging tape in a direction orthogonal to the laying direction in front of the packaged object. Clamping member folds the packaging tape onto the rear end of the object to be packed. Rear end is pressed by the compressing member. Packing tape is wound around the rear end. Welding unit welds the folded packing bands together. Cutting unit cuts the ribbons.
EFFECT: ensures the accuracy of packaging, eliminates the jam sheets.
