FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular livestock, and is intended for identification and diagnosis of diseases of cows and horses. Mechanized installation for contactless thermal imaging video-digital diagnostics of animal diseases contains a machine for fixing animals and a contactless thermal imaging device connected to the control unit. Thermal imaging device is made in the form of two thermal imagers. First thermal imager is fixed by means of a slide on a movable vertical guide, the upper end of which is rigidly fixed to the slide, moving along the horizontal guide, located outside and along the lathe for fixing animals, with the possibility of vertical and horizontal displacement. Second imager is installed on the opposite side of the machine to fix the animal and is located on a movable mobile rod with hinges, fixed by means of a slider on a horizontal guide located outside and along the lathe for fixing, with the possibility of performing thermal imaging both on the side of the animal, and under the belly or udder of the animal. In this case, the second thermal imager moves freely sideways and down under the belly or udder of the animal, and the first thermal imager performs thermal imaging of fragments of the trunk and head from the opposite side of the animal. According to these thermal imaging images in the control unit in the software package of the information system, a comparative analysis of the animal's state is made based on the laid-in basic program of measurements and statistical processing in the interface to identify and diagnose the physiological state of the animal. Then, the unlocking signal is sent to the gate of the machine, directing the animal into the box or into the veterinary unit.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to quickly and accurately carry out thermal images of the whole body of the cow and its parts, which significantly improves and speeds up the identification and diagnosis of signs of pathology in cows.
