FIELD: agriculture; engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building and can be used to assess the propensity to premature destruction (crack resistance) of parts of reinforced parts of the working bodies of tilthers. Method comprises determining the resistance of alloys to destruction by the magnitude of the limiting degree of deformation of quasi-viscous interlayers located between brittle components in the structure of hard alloys in accordance with a given calculated relationship. Wherein the maximum thickness of interlayer h corresponding to the fraction of the extremely deformed interlayers p=0.16–0.34, at which they form a solid skeleton in the surfacing and destruction begins, is determined by measuring the thickness of the interlayers in the structure, and from the inverse function of gamma distribution wγ-1(p) of their thickness values, the inverse function wγ-1(p)=h is calculated. At a given value of the asymmetry coefficient of the thickness distribution and the fraction of deformed interlayers p, the magnitude of the critical deformation ε is determined, when said magnitude is achieved, the destruction of surfacing begins.
EFFECT: increased objectivity and reliability of the definition are achieved.
