SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems, a method and a computer readable medium for requesting personal information from a user to authenticate access to a computer application. Method comprises determining a security level for a computer application, the security levels including a first-tier and a second-tier security level, creating a user account and its configuration as a first-tier security level by offering the user to provide first personal information, restricting the first computer application from the requirement to provide a password to allow access to the first computer application, receiving user input to allow access to a second computer application that is configured with a second-tier security level requirement, determining that the user account does not require a second-tier security level, the user entering additional personal information, raising the security level of the user account to the second-tier security level.

EFFECT: technical result is ensuring safe access to an application.
