SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. In the method, the technical result is achieved by receiving a request from the batch process to visualize the web page, initializing the virtual clock for the web page, forming a list of tasks for visualizing a web page; performing tasks in the task list according to the virtual clock for the web page, wherein the virtual clock goes forward, being set at the time represented by the next occurring task in the task list for the web page, the virtual clock remains unchanged, while the task pending in the task list has a start time corresponding to the virtual clock, with at least one task in the task list prompting the system: to identify the embedded element in the web page, to determine, based on the rewriting rule, that the embedded element has content that duplicates the content for the previously extracted embedded element, to generate a visualization result for a web page when the virtual clock matches the start time for the stop task in the task list, and to provide the result of the rendering to the batch process.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the efficiency of visualization of web pages.
