FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Damper includes housing made in the form of upper and lower thrust washers with beads and threaded holes. Pressure washers are made with screw thread, which includes pressed with flat washers cylindrical helical spring turns. Meshed damper is arranged inside the spring made up of cylindrical sleeve from voluminous mesh interweaving and arranged inside damping device. Damper device consists of case made of rigid flexible damping material, for example, of "Agat" type. In the central part of the sleeve, a profile damping ring is fixed along its inner diameter. Ring is made of polyethylene or polyurethane with impregnations of granules made of sintered friction material based on iron. Ring is shaped in the form of two opposite surfaces of the truncated cone converging in the central part of the ring with their bases of smaller diameter. Over the surfaces of larger bases of conical surfaces of the ring discs are located. Discs are fixed by means of rods in threaded holes of pressure washers. Between the disks there is an additional damping element.
EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.
