FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolator comprises base, post, spring type resilient elements and support assembly. Base is made in the form of two parallel angles, rigidly connected to each other by means of the thrust plate. To the thrust plate the spring type resilient element is secured by means of the cover and two screws. Support assembly is made in form of the rod with thread end, securing the vibration isolated object. Rod has hemispherical head for the contact with the resilient element cone surface. Support assembly is fixed on the elastic element with the screw. Between the base and the elastic element a damping device is placed, comprising body made in the form of upper and lower thrust washers with collars and threaded holes. Pressure washers are made with screw thread, which includes pressed with flat washers cylindrical helical spring turns. Inside the spring the mesh damper is arranged, made in the form of a cylindrical bushing with located inside it damper device in the form of sleeve. In the sleeve central part, a shaped damping ring from cast polyurethane is fixed. Above the ring conical surfaces disks are fixed, secured by means of rods in the pressure washers threaded holes. Between disks the additional damping element is arranged.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
