FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains a base, a pole, resilient elements of spring type and a support assembly. The base is made as two parallel angle-bars rigidly connected with each other by the thrust plate. On the thrust plate the resilient element of the spring type is secured by means of the cover and two screws. The support assembly is made in form of the rod with thread end securing the vibration isolated object. The rod has hemispherical head for contact with the cone surface in the resilient element. The support assembly is fixed to the resilient element with a screw. A damping device is placed between the base and the resilient element, comprising a housing made in the form of an upper and lower thrust washers with beads and threaded holes. The thrust washers are made with a screw thread which includes coils of a cylindrical helical spring pressed by flat washers. Inside the spring there is a mesh damper made in the form of a cylindrical bushing with a damping device inside it in the form of a sleeve. A profile damping ring made of cast polyurethane is fixed in the central part of the sleeve. Disks fixed by means of rods in the threaded holes of the thrust washers are located above the conical surfaces of the ring. Between the disks there is an additional damping element.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness of vibration isolation.
