FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolation system contains housing and installed on the base vibration isolators. Casing consists of horizontal levers with supporting plates fixed on them and resting against the vibration absorbers. Horizontal levers are pivotally connected with vertical rods that are pivotally connected with a horizontal platform. Casing of vibration absorbers is made as packing washers with collars and threaded holes to fix the device whose vibrations are to be damped. Vibration absorbers comprises resilient rubber elements surrounded by screw cylindrical springs. Inside the elastic rubber elements the resilient damping elements are installed, which contain coaxially located inner bushings and central rod. Nearest to the periphery bushing is made of cast polyurethane. Installed inside it bushing is made from the volumetric net weaving and is in contact with the central rod. Central rod is made in the form of filled with polyurethane corrugated cylindrical shell.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
