FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials. In the process for the preparation of modified limestone crushed stone, the impregnation process of limestone crushed stone is carried out in four stages, the first of which creates within 15 minutes ultrasonic cavitation of water to a temperature of 40–60 °C at a frequency of 20–40 kHz, in the second stage, lignosulfonates are introduced into the cavitational hot water in the ratio 1:(0.1–0.4) and dispersed ultrasound 20–40 kHz until they are completely dissolved within 10–15 minutes, in the third stage, the resulting aqueous solution of commercial lignosulfonates is subjected to hydrodynamic cavitation at a liquid flow rate of 12–13 m/s for 1–3 minutes, in the fourth stage, a low-strength limestone crushed stone is immersed in a cavitating aqueous solution of technical lignosulfonates and processed by ultrasound at a frequency of 20 kHz for 15–30 minutes.
EFFECT: increase of strength and durability of weakly resistant limestone crushed stone; reduction of impregnation time; reduction of energy costs; decrease in porosity and fracture of limestone crushed stone.
