FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasonic and hydrodynamic processing of solutions, materials and raw materials, in particular to a plant for the modification of low-grade limestone crushed stone. Installation contains a perforated hopper for loading limestone crushed stone, a container for an aqueous solution of lignosulfonates and a base of the installation, an ultrasonic generator fixed to the outside at the bottom of the container and a line for transferring an aqueous solution of lignosulfonates connected to the outlet of the container and comprising a compensator connected in series with each other by conduits to avoid the propagation of ultrasonic oscillations through pipelines, a centrifugal pump with a bypass valve, a tee of a piping assembly, a first ball valve with a manual control, a venturi tube and a liquid transfer line of the pumped solution. At the same time, a second ball valve with manual control connected to the drainage pipe is connected to the free pipeline of the tee.

EFFECT: invention provides efficient processing of low-grade limestone crushed stone, which allows to increase its strength, frost resistance and durability, and also provides an opportunity to expand the functionality of the plant.
