Summary of the invention consists in that the microelectronic module comprises at least one voltage converter for converting the first applied voltage to a higher one, a low or the same second voltage; moreover, the microelectronic module contains at least one exciter, the driver includes at least one generator, to generate an electric plasma by a second voltage supplied by a voltage converter, at least a voltage converter and an exciter are arranged on a thin-film planar substrate, the electric plasma generated by the exciter interacts with the electromagnetic radiation incident on the surface, as a result of which the electromagnetic signature changes.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of changing the electromagnetic signature of the surface.
