FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a microelectronic module for influencing fluid medium flow. Module contains at least one voltage converter for conversion of the supplied first voltage to higher, lower or equal to it second voltage. Module also includes at least one active element for influencing the flow for influencing the direction and/or speed of the fluid medium which flows around the flow element and/or flows over it. Voltage converter and/or active element of action on flow are arranged on thin-film planar substrate. Influence on direction and/or speed of fluid medium depends on hydrodynamic acceleration, which is a function of second voltage supplied by voltage transducer to active element of action on flow.
EFFECT: technical result is providing the possibility of adjusting the direction of aerodynamic surfaces of the wing.
