FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing an ultrasonic flow measurement device and to an ultrasonic flow measurement device. Method for manufacturing ultrasonic flow measurement device (10) is proposed in which at least one pocket (30) is manufactured for ultrasonic transducer (18a-b), ultrasonic transducer (18a-b) is disposed in pocket (30) from the outside in pipeline wall (22) of pipeline section (14) in which the fluid flows (12), ultrasonic transducer (18a-b) having oscillating element (34) connected to pipeline wall (22) portion (32) of the pipeline acting as a membrane of ultrasonic transducer (18a-b), which is oscillatable. In this case, the step of manufacturing pocket (30) includes a drilling operation, connecting element (36) is provided together with pocket (30) located between the membrane and vibrating element (34) after insertion of ultrasonic transducer (18a-b), the cross section of which is smaller than the cross section of oscillating element (34).
EFFECT: providing a simple design that has a high degree of accuracy with a broad radiation characteristic.
