FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an ultrasonic flow rate measuring device (10) with a plurality of ultrasonic transducers (16a-e) for determining the flow rate of fluid flowing in pipeline (12), having a plurality of measurement beams (18a-d), on each of which two of ultrasonic transducers (16a-e) are located opposite each other, with flow between them and at axial distance (Δx) from each other in longitudinal direction of pipeline (12), and a computing unit configured to calculate the flow rate from the difference in the time of passing the ultrasonic signals along the corresponding measuring beams (18a-d) in the upstream and downstream directions. Measuring beams (18a-d) have different axial shifts (Δx).
EFFECT: increase in the measurements accuracy.
